Your Biz Priority site includes everything plus Content & Graphics.

A big time saver for you in this package is professional copy writing: you’re busy running your business and probably don’t have the time or desire to write content for your website.

I’ll set you up with a writer who will interview you in person, on the phone, or via Skype. Your writer will gather your information and create the content you need for a successful site. I make sure the content layout works with the WordPress theme that you choose.

Your writer interviews you and provides content for the following:

  • Home page
  • Calls to Action (2) with (1) deliverable
  • About page
  • Services and sub-sections (4)
  • Blog post ideas and 2 posts to start your site
  • You’ll have a total of up to 10 well written pages

You get to review initial drafts, discuss changes and approve the final copy.

After we set up your domain name and website hosting (see Getting Started) I’ll create your website.

Your website includes the following:

  1. Template Set-up/Theme Choices: include Elegant Themes or Themedy.com. You can look for others (WordPress Themes at ThemeForest.net or MySiteMyWay.com) or I can send you up to 5 suggestions.
  2. Page Names: Up to 10 pages such as Home, About, Services, Blog, Contact, Testimonials, Portfolio/Projects, Resources, FAQs, Sitemap, or whatever pages you want. (E-commerce is extra.)
  3. Logo in Header: I’ll insert your logo in the template header. I will need your logo in a jpeg file.
  4. Customization: once the theme is installed and your content is loaded, this package includes up to 2 hours for tweaking and adjusting colors, font sizes, images, content layout, bullets, or numbering.
  5. Plug-ins: These are mini-programs that can be inserted into the theme template. I will add the following plugins for you.
  6. Backup & Security:  It’s critical to regularly backup your content and all the elements of your website.
  7. Email Sign Up: If you want to build an email list from site visitors then you provide your email service provider account or code and we’ll add a sign up box to your sidebar.
  8. Google Set up: I submit your site to Google and create your Local Google Business profile. We can talk about Google Plus (G+).
  9. Google Analytics: This is a free tool to track your website traffic. I validate your Google Analytics account on your site and with your Google access (password) we will set up 4 reports that will be emailed to you from your Google account.
  10. Submit Listings to Bing and Yahoo Local: I make sure they know your website is online.
  11. Directory Submittal: your site is submitted on up to 10 relevant directories based on your industry and where your competition is listed.
  12. Facebook Page: If you don’t already have a page for your business I can set you up with a basic page, link it to your website, fill in the About section, add your logo, and a cover photo based on the images from your website or ones you provide.
  13. Social Media Links: links from your website to Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media site can be placed on your Contact page, About page, or in the sidebar.
  14. Royalty Free Images: pictures are a great way to add color and interest to your website. The Home page often has rotating images or one static image. If you don’t already have pictures you want to use, I can choose up to 8 images for your review and place them into the site.
  15. Keyword Research for Your Business: I give you this information so your content development is on target.
  16. Image Optimization: because Search Engines can’t “see” your pictures, I add good keywords to your images in the proper, invisible fields so that your site shows up better.
  17. SEO Your Initial Pages: using your keywords, I make sure each of your main pages has a good Snippet preview, SEO title, and meta description. You’ll be able to update this with the SEO plugin or you can retain me to keep things current.
  18. Favicon: this is a mini logo displayed next to your URL in the browser location bar. We can create one based on your logo.
  19. Sitemap: I create XML and HTML sitemaps for your website.
  20. Mobile Version: With the Comprehensive package I can create a basic mobile version of your website. If you desire something more customized I can show you some examples or you let me know what will help your business.
  21. Time/Training: this package includes up to 1 hour pre-development consultation plus 1 hour training, and up to 2 hours of support (I do it for you) within 2 months after the site is complete.
  22. Competitor Review: this is a local marketing assessment and review of Google’s Page 1 of the online leaders in your business. You’ll receive notes on who shows up on the first page for your industry.
  23. LinkedIn profile review: depending on your business you may benefit from a review of your profile. I can edit your profile; make sure your website link is correct, update profile picture (client provided), and recommend updates to summary and experience.
  24. Portfolio or Image Gallery: I can upload a quantity of your pictures, projects, or videos to a special page with descriptive text provided by your writer.

Once your website is up and running, I also provide you with a basic HOW TO document. It includes links to my favorite training documents and videos so you can add or change content, create pages, and learn how to manage your own website. You can also get new ideas from my Blog posts or just do your research on YouTube or Google and master your new site on your own schedule.

If things don’t work out the way you expect, you can always give me a call or email and I’ll help with additional support. The hourly fee is $85.00 with a half-hour minimum.
